SEWARD SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN THE EXTREME WESTERN PART OF SEWARD COUNTY AND MOVING EAST AT ABOUT 20 MILES AN HOUR. MORTON..STEVENS..STANTON AND GRANT COUNTY WERE EITHER RECEIVING RAIN OR WILL BE BY 4 AM CDT. A MUCH BROADER AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN NORTHWEST KANSAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR.
