FORD SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS... PAWNEE... NORTHWESTERN EDWARDS A BAND OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS HAD FORMED RAPIDLY FROM NEAR RUSH CENTER SOUTHWEST ACROSS PAWNEE...FORD...GRAY...GRANT AND STANTON COUNTIES IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS. THESE STORMS WERE SHOWING A SLOW SOUTHERLY DIRECTION OF MOVEMENT. WITH MOST OF SOUTHWEST KANSAS UNDER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM THREAT IT IS WISE TO BE PREPARED FOR SEVERE WEATHER EVEN IF YOUR COUNTY IS NOT UNDER A WARNING.
