SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS... NORTHERN COMANCHE... SOUTHERN KIOWA
 
ALL SMALL STREAMS IN THE AREA HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BE FLOODING AS
THE RESULT OF HEAVY RAINS WITHIN THE PAST  TWO HOURS.
 
RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINS WILL LIKELY FLOOD STREAMS AND LOW AREAS IN THE
WARNING AREA.  BE CAREFUL DRIVING...AND DON'T TRY TO CROSS WATER RUSHING
OVER ROADS AND STREETS.
