THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

SOUTHEAST WYOMING...EAST CENTRAL LARAMIE COUNTY

INCLUDING THE CITY OF CHEYENNE AND THE TOWN OF BURNS 20 MILES
EAST OF CHEYENNE.

AT 835 PM NUMEROUS FUNNEL CLOUDS WERE SIGHTED TO THE NORTHEAST
AND EAST OF CHEYENNE.  THE STORM CAUSING THESE FUNNELS WAS MOVING
EAST-SOUTHEAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER IN A NEARBY REINFORCED
BUILDING.  AS A LAST RESORT...SEEK SHELTER IN A DITCH OR LOW SPOT
AND COVER YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR HANDS.

PANHANDLE...

AT 310 PM MDT..THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST COLORADO WERE BEGINING
TO CROSS INTO THE SOUTHERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE.  THE STRONGEST STORM
WAS 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SIDNEY NEBRASKA AND WAS MOVING TO THE
THE NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDOS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
THUNDERSTORMS OVER CHEYENNE AND DEUEL COUNTIES OF THE SOUTHERN
NEBASKA PANHANDLE UNTIL 445 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON.
