000 TTAA00 KBFF 060046 RRA TORBFF NEC105-060111- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SCOTTSBLUFF NE 646 PM MDT SUN JUL 5 1987 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 711 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF PANHANDLE OF NEBRASKA...EASTERN KIMBALL AND THE CITY OF KIMBALL AT 430 PM MDT A TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 9 MILES SOUTH OF KIMBALL NEBRASKA MOVING TO THE EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR. CARS AND MOBILE HOMES SHOULD BE ABANDONED. PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY TO SAVE YOUR LIVES.
