...FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR SOUTHEAST WYOMING LATE THIS
   AFTERNOON AND EVENING...

ABUNDANT MOISTURE IS AVIABLE IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING FOR POSSIBLE
HEAVY DOWNPOURS THROUGH THE EVENING.

THE RAIN THAT FELL YESTERDAY AND LAST NIGHT SATURATED THE GROUND OVER
SOUTHEAST WYOMING. ADDITIONAL RAIN TODAY WILL POSE A FLASH FLOODING
THREAT. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WATCH
FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON UNTIL 12 MIDNIGHT TONIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES IN SOUTHEAST WYOMING...ALBANY...LARAMIE...PLATTE...AND GOSHEN.
PEOPLE IN THE WATCH AREA SHOULD KEEP INFORMED ABOUT THE DnEVELOPING
WEATHER.

STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AGAIN DEVELOP OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF
WYOMING THIS AFTERNOON. HAIL...GUSTY WINDS...AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING
WILL ACCOMPANY SOME OF THESE STORMS.
