EFFECTIVE UNTIL 220 PM EDT FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF
 
SOUTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA... NORTHERN FULTON                            
                                                                         
RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ON THE BEDFORD FULTON COUNTY 
LINE.  THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT 30 MILES AN  
HOUR.   
   
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM AND PEOPLE IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD
PREPARE FOR STRONG DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN
AND LIGHTNING.  SHOULD THE STORM APPROACH YOU...SEEK IMMEDIATE
