SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1145 PM CDT AND A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1245 AM CDT MAY 31
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
          ...DUVAL...JIM WELLS...KLEBERG
 
RADAR SHOWED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN EASTERN DUVAL COUNTY FROM NEAR
REALITOS TO SAN DIEGO AND IN JIM WELLS AND KLEBERG COUNTIES BETWEEN
ALICE AND KINGSVILLE.  THESE STORMS WERE DRIFTING SLOWLY TO THE EAST
AT ABOUT 5 MILES AN HOUR.  JIM WELLS SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED SEVERAL
COUNTY ROADS CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATERS INCLUDING COUNTY ROAD 131 AND
