A TORNADO WATCH IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR A LARGE PART OF COLORADO EAST OF MOUNTAINS AND NORTH OF ABOUT THE ARKANSAS RIVER. THUNDERSTORMS THAT HAVE BEGUN TO DEVELOP NEAR DENVER WILL INTENSIFY BEFORE 3 PM.
