STORM JUST NORTH OF THE CONCHAS DAM IN NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO. THIS
STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL BE APPROACHING
NORTHWEST QUAY COUNTY DURING THE NEXT 30 MINUTES.
