THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1030 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:
 
IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA
          ..SOUTHERN PITTSBURG

AT 930 AM CDT THE TULSA RADAR WAS INDICATING A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF KIOWA OKLAHOMA.
THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTH AT 15 MPH.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD
PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH, LARGE HAIL, APND
DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER,
PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING BUT STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
