000 TTAA00 KTUL 080043 SVRTUL OKC001-041-080145- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED/EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TULSA OK 643 PM CST MON APR 7 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF OKLAHOMA...NORTHERN ADAIR AND SOUTHEAST DELAWARE AT 642 PM A SEVERE THUNDESTORM WAS 5 MILES NORTH OF KANSAS OKLAHOMA THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES PER HOUR. THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MILES AN HOUR AND HAIL 3/4 INCH OR LARGER IN DIAMETER. REMEMBER THESE STORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCED WARNING SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT. IF YOU ARE IN OR NEAR THE WARNING AREA GET TO A REINFORCED SHELTER AND PREPARE FOR STRONG DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING. PEOPLE IN MOBILE HOMES SHOULhD SEEK SHELTER IN A NEARBY REINFORCED BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR OTHER GROUND DEPRESSION. KEEP TUNED TO THIS STATION FOR THE LATEST WEATHER BULLETINS.
