THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  630 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:
 
IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA
          ..OSAGE..PAWNEE

AT 2 30 AM CDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THE LEADING EDGE OF A BROAD
BAND OF HEAVY RAIN SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING
INTO WESTERN PAWNEE AND OSAGE COUNTIES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE
INCHE PER HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
 
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS LIKELY OR HAS BEEN
REPORTED.  STAY ALERT AND WATCH FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATER.
