AT 415 PM THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING RAPIDLY IN NORTH CENTRAL
KANSAS FROM 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF MANKATO ACROSS GLEN ELDER
RESERVOIR TO 20 MILES NORTH OF RUSSELL.  MOVEMENT SHOULD BE TO THE
EAST ABOUT 15 MPH.
THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY BECOME STRONG TO INTENSE AS A COOL
FRONT MOVES ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL AND CENTRAL KANSAS THROUGH THE
EVENING HOURS.

PERSONS IN NORTH CENTRAL AND CENTRAL KANSAS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR
THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.

AT 448 PM INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN NORTHWEST MITCHELL COUNTY
OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS NEAR CAWKER CITY.  A LINE OF STRONG TO
INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM 10 MILES WEST OF HEBRON NEBRASKA
ACROSS CAWKER CITY TO 20 MILES SOUTH OF OSBORNE.  HAIL STRONG GUSTY
WINDS HEAVY RAINS AND DEADLY LIGHTNING WILL OCCUR.

MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 15 MPH.  PERSON<S IN AND TO THE EAST OF THESE
THUNDERSTORMS TAKE NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS IF SEVERE WEATHER
DEVELOPES.

OTHER STRONG TO INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP OVER
NORTH CENTRAL AND CENTRAL KANSAS.  SO STAY ALERT.
