000 TTAA00 KSHV 192046 TORSHV TXC315-067-192145- BULLETIN...EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SHREVEPORT LA 245PM CST SAT APR 19 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 3:45 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST TEXAS...MARION AND CASS. AT 2:42 PM CST THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS IN SHREVEPORT AND LONGVIEW INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NORTH OF GILMER TEXAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH. A TORNADO HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH A PREVIOUSLY WARNED STORM 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF MARSHALL TEXAS. AT SCOTTSVILLE 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN 45 MINUES WITH SOME FLOODING. PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD SEEsK SHELTER IN A PERMANENT STRUCTURE ON THE LOWEST FLOOR IN AN INTERIOR SMALL ROOM. GET UNDER A PIECE OF HEAVY FURNITURE OR COVER YOURSELF WITH SOMETHING TO PROTECT AGAINST FLYING OR FALLING DEBRIS.
