AT 315 PM RADAR WAS SHOWING SCATTERED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS OVER
PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA WITH MOST RAIN IN FLOYD..
PATRICK AND CARROLL COUNTIES. THESE STORMS DO NOT APPEAR
SEVERE BUT ARE RATHER SLOW MOVING AND COULD DUMP QUITE A BIT
OF RAIN IN A SHORT TIME.

PERSONS IN THOSE LOW LYING OR DRAINAGE AREAS NORMALLY PRONE TO
FLOODING SHOULD STAY  ALERT IF HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE AND KEEP
