AT 950 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING
INTO WESTERN FRANKLIN AND DELAWARE COUNTIES.  THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
