IDAHO...BANNOCK

A SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM NEAR THE TOWN OF INKOM HAS BROUGHT
FLOODING TO RAPID CREEK.  A REPORT AT 415PM INDICATED OLD US 91
SOUTH OF INKOM WAS COVERED WITH WATER AND ALSO SEVERAL MUD SLIDES
IN THE AREA.

PERSONS IN LOW LYING AREAS NEAR RAPID CREEK SHOULD MOVE TO HIGH
GROUND IMMEDIATELY AND TRAVELERS SHOULD AVOID US 91 AND NEARBY LOW
LYING AREAS.
