EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:

AT 1145 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 3 MILES EAST OF
LINDSAY MOVING TOWARD THE EAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. MAYSVILLE IS NEAR THE
