THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1145 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...EASTERN SCOTT AND DAKOTA

AT 1105 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY RADAR OVER
CENTRAL SCOTT COUNTY JUST SOUTHWEST OF PRIOR LAKE.  THIS SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.  THIS
WARNING INCLUDES THE CITIES OF PRIOR LAKE...LAKEVILLE...FARMINGTON
BURNSVILLE/APPLE VALLEY AND HASTINGS.

REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE STRONG DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE
HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. ALSO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN
AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE
WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF
