WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 750 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES OF

EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...NORTHERN HENNEPIN...ANOKA AND SOUTHERN
 ISANTI

AT 700 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY RADAR IN
SOUTHEAST SHERBURNE COUNTY NORTH OF BIG LAKE NORTHEAST TO PINE
BROOK IN CENTRAL ISANTI COUNTY.

WINDS FROM 60 TO 70 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED WITH HIGHER GUSTS
POSSIBLE.
SOME CITIES IN THE PATH OF THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ARE ANOKA...
ELK RIVER AND ISANTI MINNESOTA.

MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST 40 MILES AN HOUR AND SHOULD ENTERING NORTHERN
HENNEPIN COUNTY BY 730 PM CDT.

REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE STRONG DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE
HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. ALSO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN
AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE
WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF
SAFETY IF ONE IS SPOTTED.
