THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN...SOUTHEAST ST CROIX...NORTHEAST PIERCE AND 
 DUNN

AT...330 PM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY RADAR
JUST EAST..NORTHEAST OF ELLSWORTH WISCONSIN IN EASTERN PIERCE
COUNTY. ELLSWORTH IS ABOUT 40 MILES EAST OF MINNEAPOLIS/ST PAUL
MINNESOTA. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAD DEVELOPED RAPIDLY AND WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 35 MILES AN HOUR.

REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE STRONG DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE
HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. ALSO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN
AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE
WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF
S=AFETY IF ONE IS SPOTTED.
