THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 545 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN...PEPIN

AT 453 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPING IN SOUTHWEST PEPIN COUNTY OF WESTCENTRAL
WISCONSIN.  THIS THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING EAST TO NORTHEAST AT
AROUND 20 MPH.  SOME OF THE CITIES IN PEPIN COUNTY INCLUDED IN
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING ARE..PEPIN..DURAND..AND PORCUPINE.
THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 35 MILES SOUTHWEST
OF EAU CLAIRE.

REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE STRONG DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE
HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. ALSO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN
AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE
WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF
SAFETY IF ONE IS SPOTTED.
