MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 930 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE 
FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTH CAROLINA...HYDE...SOUTHEAST DARE...FOR OCRACOKE ISLAND AND AND 
 ADJACENT WATERS OF PAMLICO SOUND
...THIS WARNING ALSO INCLUDES THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS FOR THE
COUNTIES JUST MENTIONED

AT 820 PM EDT...RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER THE
  PAMLICO SOUND ABOUT 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF BUXTON.

MARINERS IN THE VICINITY OF THIS STORM SHOULD SEEK SAFE
HARBOR. IF A WATERSPOUT IS SIGHTED...MOVE AWAY FROM IT AT A RIGHT
ANGLE BASED ON ITS MOVEMENT.

 A LINE OF VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDS FROM 25 MILES EAST
25 MILES WEST OF CAPE HATTERAS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE
WATERSPOUTS...STRONG GUSTY WINDS...HAIL...FREQUENT DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING...AND HEAVY RAINFALL.
