MARINE WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 800 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE 
FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTH CAROLINA...EASTERN AND SOUTHERN DARE AND NORTHERN AND ADJACENT 
 WATERS OF PAMLICO SOUND
...THIS WARNING ALSO INCLUDES THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS FOR THE
COUNTIES JUST MENTIONED

703 PM A TORNADO WAS OBSERVED ON THE GROUND AT STUMPY POINT
  IN DARE COUNTY. THE TORNADO WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

SALVO AND WAVES ON HATTERAS ISLAND.
