EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

NORTH CAROLINA...EXTREME EASTERN DARE AND AND ADJACENT WATERS OF 
 PAMLICO SOUND

AT 725 PM EDT..A WATERSPOUT WAS REPORTED IN THE PAMLICO SOUND
  ABOUT 5 MILES OFF OF THE BUXTON HARBOR.

MARINERS IN THE VICINITY OF THIS STORM SHOULD SEEK SAFE
HARBOR. IF A WATERSPOUT IS SIGHTED...MOVE AWAY FROM IT AT A RIGHT
ANGLE BASED ON ITS MOVEMENT.

WATERSPOUTS CAN MOVE QUICKLY ONSHORE AND CAUSE CONSIDERABLE7
