EFFECTIVE UNTIL  745 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES:

IN NORTHWEST TEXAS
          ..NORTHEASTERN ANDREWS..SOUTHWESTERN DAWSON..SOUTHEASTERN GAINES
          ..NORTHWESTERN MARTIN

AT 640 PM CDT RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW A POSSIBLE TORNADO 15 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF SEMINOLE TEXAS MOVING SOUTH AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.
