AT 540 PM CST RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN
SOUTHERN PECOS COUNTY MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN
HOUR.

 THIS STORM IS ACCOMPANIED BY INTENSE LIGHTNING AND STRONG GUSTY
 WINDS.
