THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

SOUTHWEST TEXAS...WESTERN WINKLER AND WESTERN WARD

AT 850 PM CST RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 18 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF WINK MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST 20 MILES AN HOUR.

 THIS STORM IS ACCOMPANIED BY INTENSE LIGHTNING AND STRONG GUSTY
 WINDS.

KERMIT AND MONOHANS AND 10 MILES NORTH OF COAHOMA. THE THUNDERSTORM
NEAR MONOHANS HAS PRODUCED MARBLE SIZE HAIL IN THE LAST HOUR. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.

VERY HEAVY RAIN..HAIL..AND DAMAGING WINDS ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
