UNTIL 700 AM MST FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN

SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO...LEA

AT 150 AM MDT MIDLAND RADAR INDICATED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS OVER LEA COUNTY
NEW MEXICO. WITH THE GROUND ALREADY SATURATED..THESE THUNDERSTORMS WITH
HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING IN URBAN AREAS..COUNTY ROADS AND
LOW PLACES WHERE DRAINAGE IS POOR.

PLEASE SEEK HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY IF IN A LOW LYING OR A FLOOD PRONE
AREA.

JUST SOUTH OF HOBBS NEW MEXICO. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS..SOME HEAVY
WAS LOCATED IN AN AREA 100 MILES WIDE FROM DORA NEW MEXICO EXTENDING
SOUTH TO THE FOR DAVIS AREA.

MOVEMENT WAS EASTWARD AT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
