EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

SOUTHWEST TEXAS...ECTOR...MIDLAND...CITY OF MIDLAND...GLASSCOCK...
 CITY OF ODESSA...ANDREWS...CITY OF BIG SPRING...MARTIN...HOWARD AND 
 CITY OF ANDREWS

AT 1157 PM CDT VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING INTO TEXAS
FROM LEA COUNTY NEW MEXICO. LOVINGTON AND HOBBS REPORTED HEAVY
RAINS AND SOME STREET FLOODING WITH THESE STORMS.

 THIS SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
 STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES.

 THIS STORM IS ACCOMPANIED BY INTENSE LIGHTNING AND STRONG GUSTY
 WINDS.

 PERSONS IN THE WARNED COUNTIES SHOULD REMAIN AT HOME AND NOT DRIVE
 ANYWHERE EXCEPT IN AN EMERGENCY OR TO GET TO A SAFHE SHELTER.
