000 TTAA00 KLBB 302334 SVRLBB TXC303-010030- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LUBBOCK TX 634 PM CDT MON JUN 30 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF NORTHWEST TEXAS...LUBBOCK THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR LUBBOCK COUNTY HAS BEEN EXTENDED. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED AT 630 PM JUST TO THE EAST OF WOFFORTH. SKYWARM STORM SPOTTERS OBSERVED WIND GUSTS TO 60 MILES PER HOUR NEAR WOFFORTH AT 625 PM. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT AROUND 10 MILES PER HOUR. THIS STORM IS ACCOMPANIED BY INTENSE LIGHTNING AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS. THIS+ SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES.
