THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH EAST AT 35 MPH. TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE NOVELTY AND NEWARK. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS..LARGE HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTNING. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR LINN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL MISSOURI UNTIL 1130 AM. A LINE OF INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDED FROM NEAR LANCASTER MO..25 MILES NORTH OF KIRKSVILLE MO TO NEAR BROOKFIELD MO. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO T+HE EAST NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. BROOKFIELD MO REPORTED MARBEL SIZE HAIL AT 11AM THIS MORNING. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH NORTHEAST MISSOURI BY 1PM THIS AFTERNOON. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. SEVERAL REPORTS OF MARBLE SIZE HAIL WERE REPORTED IN LINN COUNTY AROUND 1140 AM CDT. THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO KNOX COUNTY AROUND 1230 PM.
