THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 AM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF


EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...ST CHARLES

AT 1230AM...THE OFALLON POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTED A DAM BREAK
NEAR MAIN STREET. THIS WAS RESULTING IN FLASH FLOOD CONDITIONS
IN PORTIONS OF OFALLON. RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF 2.5 INCHES HAVE
BEEN REPORTED ACROSS OTHER SECTIONS OF THE COUNTY WITH NUMEROUS
FLOODED ROADS.

BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATER.  STAY AWAY FROM FLOODING CREEKS..
STREAMS AND S9TORM DRAINS.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WALK OR DRIVE THROUGH
FLOWING WATER.

REPORT FLOODING TO THE NEAREST LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY OR THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE.
