WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 421 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHWEST CHERRY

AT 321 PM MDT..RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 SOUTHWEST
OF MERRIMAN..OR 60 MILES WEST OF VALENTINE IN NORTHWEST CHERRY
COUNTY OF NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE
EAST AT 20 MILES AND HOUR

REMEMBER A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAN PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH..LARGE HAIL..DEADLY LIGHTNING ANDW VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT
CAN QUICKLY FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS.

THESE STORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE
OR NO ADVANCE WARNING..SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE
TO A PLACE OF SAFETY IF ONE IS SPOTTED.
