000 TTAA00 KSDF 062339 SVRSDF KYC175-070030- BULLETIN-IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LOUISVILLE KY 630 PM EST THU FEB 6 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN MORGAN COUNTY OF SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY. AT 630 PM EST WEATHER RADAR DETECTED A POTENTIALLY SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER CENTRAL MORGAN COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF WEST LIBERTY 42 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HUNTINGTON WV. THE STORM WAS MOVING RAPIDLY TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH. ELSEWHERE ACROSS SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WAS FALLINMG FROM JACKSON TO HAZARD TO NORTHEAST OF MIDDLESBORO.
