000 TTAA00 KIND 302025 SVRIND INC133-302100- BULLETIN...IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDIANAPOLIS IN 325 PM EST MON JUN 30 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM EST FOR PEOPLE IN PUTNAM COUNTY OF WEST CENTRAL INDIANA. RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHWEST PUTNAM COUNTY MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST. THIS STORM IS 40 MILES WEST OF INDIANAPOLIS. PEOPLE IN GREENCASTLE SHOULD SEEK SHELTER IMMEDIATELY. REMEMBER A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCES DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MILES AN HOUR..LARGE HAIL..FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND POSSIBLE HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN QUICKLY FLOOD LOW AREAS. AT 145PM EST...THE THUNDERSTORM WAS IN NORTHEAST WASHINGTON COUNTY MOVING SOUTHEAST. OTHER THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN SOUTHERN INDIANA FROM WASHINGTON TO BEDFORD ...FRENCH LICK AND SEYMOUR. IN THE NORTHWEST...THUNDERSTORMS WERE FROM THE INDIANA STATE LINE AT DANVILLE ILLINOIS TO WILLIAMSPORT AND LAFAYETTE INDIANA. STILL MORE THUNDERSTORMS WERE EAST OF INDIANAPOLIS FROM GREENFIELD TO CONNERSVILLE. KENYON AND 1000PM. AsLL THE PRECIPITATION WAS MOVING A LITTLE SOUTH OF EAST AT 35 MPH.
