THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 755 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...NORTHEAST WINNEBAGO AND NORTHERN BOONE

 AT 720 PM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE FUNNEL CLOUD
 WAS REPORTED BY THE WINNNEBAGO COUNTY SHERRIFS DEPARTMENT.
 THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

 A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAN PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS OF 60 MPH OR
 OR GREATER.. LARGE HAIL.. DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAIN THAT
 CAN QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.

 SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE TORNADOES.  SO BE ALERT!  IF A
 TORNADO IS SIGHTED OR A TORNADO WARNING IS ISSUED.. TAKE SHELTER
 IN A BASEMENT OR REINFORCED BUILDING IMMEDIATELY!
