THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

CENTRAL ILLINOIS...SOUTHERN CASS AND MORGAN

AT 200PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 50 MILES WEST OF
SPRINGFIELD ILLINOIS...NEAR MEREDOSIA ILLINOIS.
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

REMEMBER..A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCES DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 60 MPH...LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAINS THAT CAN
QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.
