          ..FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR SOUTHEAST KANSAS TONIGHT..

AT 930 PM...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN HAS DEVELOPED
RAPIDLY OVER THE WICHITA AREA AND TO THE SOUTHWEST INTO OKLAHOMA.

A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER WICHITA AND ANOTHER WAS JUST SOUTHWEST
OF CONWAY SPRINGS.  BOTH STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

OTHER LIGHT SHOWERS EXTENDED FROM THE CHANUTE AREA TO COTTONWOOD FALLS.
