THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES OF

TEXAS...NORTHERN BRAZORIA...SOUTHERN HARRIS AND NORTHWEST GALVESTON

HARRIS COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT HAS REPORTED FLOODING ALONG
CLEAR CREEK FROM TELEPHONE ROAD TO F.M. 528.
THIS FLOODING IS FROM RUNOFF OF THE PREVIOUS HEAVY RAINFALL OF
THE PAST TWO DAYS.
THE FLOODING WILL BE MAINLY ALONG THE LOW LYING AREAS ALONG
CLEAR CREEK.

 A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN
 REPORTED.  TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IMMEDIATELY.  DO NOT ATTEMPT
 TO FORD RIVERS OR STREAMS EITHER IN VEHICLES OR ON FOOT.  IF
 DRIVING...REMAIN ALERT FOR RAPID FLOODING OF FREEWAY FEEDER STREETS
 AND UNDERPASSES.
