EFFECTIVE UNTIL 200 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN...ISABELLA


THE DAM LOCATED AT BARRYTON IN MECOSTA CO HAS FAILED. THE ADDITIONAL
WATER INTO THE CHIPPEWA RIVER WILL RAISE THE WATER LEVEL AN
ADDITIONAL FOOT.ES THAT WILL BE AFFECTED.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN
REPORTED. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH OR FAST
MOVING CURRENTS. REMEMBER...MOST FATALITIES IN FLASH FLOODS OCCUR IN
AUTOMOBILES.
