AT 610 PM CDT STRONG TO INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING OVER
NORTHWEST KANSAS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 10 MILES NORTHEAST
OF COLBY IN NORTHEAST THOMAS COUNTY AND 5 MILES WEST OF OBERLIN IN
DECATUR COUNTY.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY MOVE EAST AT 15 MPH AND WILL PRODUCE
BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLY SOME HAIL OVER
DECATUR...NORTHEAST THOMAS AND SHERIDAN COUNTIIES OF NORTHWEST KANSAS
