730 PM CDT WED AUG 6 1986

...TORNADO WATCH FOR A LARGE PART OF CENTRAL NEBRASKA UNTIL 10 PM CDT..

A SUPER THUNDERSTORM CONTINUES IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA IN SOUTHEAST
CHERRY AND SOUTHWEEST CORNERN OF BROWN COUNTIES.  THIS STORM COULD
PRODUCE A TORNADO AND PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD TAKE
SHELTER.  THIS STORMS WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTH AT 30 TO 35 MPH AND WILL
BE ENTERING WESTERN BLAINE AND EASTERN THOMAS COUNTIES BY 8 PM CDT.

NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ALSO CONTINUE OVER PARTS OF NORTH
CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST NEBRASKA ALSO NORTHWEST KANSAS.

IN NEBRASKA THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WERE LOCATED NORTH OF A LINE THAT
RAN FROM OMAHA TO MULLEN NEB.  MOVING THE THE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
IN KANSAS SHOWERS AND A FEW INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS IN AN AREA 50 MILES
ACROSS WITH THE CENTER LOCATED 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF HILL CITY.  THE
INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED BETWEEN MC COOK NEB. AND HILL CITY
KS. ALSO 40 MILES WEST NORTHWEST OF HILL CITY KS.  MOVING TO THE
SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  THESE STORMS COULD PRODUCE STRONG WINDS AND
SOME HAIL.
