                    UPSHUR COUNTY OF EAST TEXAS...

AT 725PM CDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORM
WAS NEAR BIG SANDY IN UPSHUR COUNTY. THE UPSHUR SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT
REPORTS THAT THIS THUNDERSTORMS IS PRODUCING HIGH WINDS..HAIL AND
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.

THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH..AND WILL AFFECT MUCH OF
UPSHUR COUNTY..INCLUDING GILMER..DURING THE NEXT 30 TO 60 MINUTES.
MOTORISTS AND THOSE ENGAGED IN OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES IN UPSHUR COUNTY ARE
URGED TO MAINTAIN CAUTION AND SEEK INTERIOR SHELTER IF NECESSARY

COUNTY...AND NEAR GATESVILLE IN CORYELL COUNTY. THESE STORMS
WERE MOVING NORTH AT 20 MPH.

STRONG GUSTY WINDS..DANGEROUS LIGHTNING..AND HEAVY RAIN SHOULD BE
EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.

OTHER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN PROGRESS WEST OF BROWNWOOD
AND BETWEEN LAMPASAS AND MARBLE FALLS. MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 20 MPH.
