AT 330 AM CDT RADAR INDICATED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS OVER HILL COUNTY
NEAR HILLSBORO MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST. NO REPORTS OF FLOODING HAS
BEEN RECEIVED...BUT WITH THE SLOW MOVEMENT MINOR STREET FLOODING
AND FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS MAY OCCUR.

MOTORIST ARE URGED TO DRIVE WITH CAUTBION THIS MORNING.
