WAS WAS LOCATED FROM 5 MILES WEST OF ARLINGTON OR 22 MILES WEST OF
BROOKINGS TO BRIDGEWATER OR 30 MILES WEST OF SIOUX FALLS TO 5 MILES
EAST OF YANKTON IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA. THE STORMS ARE MOVING EAST
AT ABOUT 30 MPH AND WILL EFFECT THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES BETWEEN 510 PM
AND 610 PM CDT...BROOKINGS LAKE..MOODY..MCCOOK..MINNEHAHA..TURNER..
LINCOLN..EAST YANKTON.. AND CLAY. SOME CITIES EFFECT ARE BROOKINGS..
MADISON..SALEM..SIOUX FALLS..PARKER..VERMILLION..AND BERESFORD.

THESE STORMS WERE PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINS..POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL..
