AT 540 PM CDT A STRONG THUNDERSTORM HAS BEEN DEVELOPING RAPIDLY JUST NORTH OF TYLER IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA..OR ABOUT 50 MILES NORTHEAST OF SIOUX FALLS..SOUTH DAKOTA. THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL BE QUITE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN..SOME HAIL..GUSTY WINDS..AND SHARP LIGHTNING AS IT MOVES EAST AT ABOUT 20 MPH. OTHER STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TO DEVELOP FROM EAST TO WEST ALONG AND NEAR A SLOW MOVING FRONT EXTENDING FROM SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA THROUGH SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA THIS EVENING.
