THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTY OF

SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...TODD

SOME OF THE CITIES INCLUDED IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA ARE
ROSEBUD AND MISSION.

AT 805 PM MDT  RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES WEST
OF MISSION SD MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM..YOU SHOULD GET TO A REINFORCED
SHELTER. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCES DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF
60 MPH..HAIL 3/4 INCH OR LATRGER..DEADLY LIGHTNING..AND HEAVY RAIN
THAT CAN QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING AREA.

THESE STORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR
NO ADVANCE WARNING SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT.
