000 TTAA00 KAHN 191212 SVRAHN GAC139-191315- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ATHENS GA 711 AM EST WED MAR 19 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 AM EST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF NORTHEAST GEORGIA...HALL AT 705 AM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN FORSYTH COUNTY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH AND WILL BE MOVING INTO HALL COUNTY IN THE NEkXT FEW MINUTES. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS DEFINED AS HAVING WINDS AT LEAST 58 MPH AND/OR HAIL 3/4 INCH IN DIAMETER OR LARGER. IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES...TAKE IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS.

IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA THIS LINE EXTENDED THROUGH RABUN TOWNS WHITE AND LUMPKIN COUNTIES. THIS LINE WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL BE MOVING INTO HABERSHAM AND HALL COUNTIES. F HEAVY RAIN AND STRONG WINDS ARE OCCURRING WITH THIS LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS.
